Electromagnetic Flow Meter (Integral)-Accuracy:0.5 to 1.0 % (*Customisation Available*)

Short Description:
Electromagnetic Flow Meter- A magnetic flow meter (also known as an electromagnetic flow meter or mag meter) is a transducer that measures fluid flow using the voltage that is created across a liquid as a result of the liquid's movement through a magnetic field. In order to create a potential difference proportional to the flow velocity perpendicular to the flux lines, a magnetic field is provided to the metering tube. Electromagnetic induction is the underlying physical principle. The magnetic flow meter needs an electrically insulating pipe surface, such as a steel tube lined with rubber, as well as a conducting fluid, such as water that includes ions.

Applications :

If the magnetic field direction were constant, electrochemical and other phenomena at the electrodes would make it challenging to discriminate between the potential difference and the potential difference caused by fluid movement. The electrochemical potential difference, which does not change direction with the magnetic field, is cancelled out by the magnetic field, which is constantly reversed in current magnetic flowmeters to demonstrate this. Permanent magnets cannot, however, be used for magnetic flowmeters.

Fast responsiveness to changes in flow is provided by electromagnetic flow metres. offers a broad linear range. It is possible to adjust the measurement range setting. Has backflow measurement capability. No further decrease in pressure. Nothing gets in the way of the flow. In particular, hydraulic solid transportation is a good fit. Temperature, density, viscosity, concentration, and electrical conductivity are unaffected.
